🏯 [Kiyomizu-dera Area] (2 hours 30 minutes)
📍 Kiyomizu-dera
Founded in 778, this temple is also registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In spring, cherry blossoms bloom in full glory; in summer, lush green leaves flourish; in autumn, the foliage turns brilliant shades of red and gold; and in winter, the temple is beautifully covered in snow — offering stunning scenery throughout all four seasons.

📍Ninenzaka (Sannenzaka / Ninen-zaka)
This is a gently sloping street of about 200 meters that runs from Kodai-ji to Kiyomizu-dera, lined with traditional Kyoto-style townhouses, shops, and cafés.

📍 Ishibei-koji
A charming lane paved with stone and lined with stone walls, designated as a National Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings. Traditional inns, high-end Japanese restaurants, and cafés with beautiful gardens stand side by side, and the area has long been known as the inner sanctuary of Gion.

📍 Gion – Hanamikoji Street
Along Hanamikoji Street, rows of traditional teahouses featuring bengara-colored wooden latticework and bamboo fences (inuyarai) create the distinctive atmosphere of Gion. The nostalgic scenery brings a sense of calm to visitors. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of a maiko or geiko on their way to a teahouse.

📍 Yasaka Shrine
A Shinto shrine located in Kyoto’s Higashiyama Ward. It is believed to grant blessings for warding off bad luck, matchmaking, and beauty.

⛩️ Fushimi Inari Taisha (70 minutes)
Fushimi Inari Taisha enshrines Inari Okami, the deity of abundant harvests and prosperous business, and serves as the head shrine of all Inari shrines throughout Japan. The vibrant vermilion torii gates lining the approach to Mount Inari are known as the “Senbon Torii” (Thousand Torii Gates). They appear to stretch on endlessly, creating a truly impressive and mystical atmosphere.

Nara Park + Todai-ji Temple (1 hour 30 minutes)
📍 Nara Park
A vast park located at the foot of Mount Wakakusa, home to many wild deer. You can take photos with the deer and even feed them special deer crackers sold along the roadside.

📍 Todai-ji Temple
Todai-ji is a Buddhist temple established during the Nara period. It is famous for housing the Daibutsuden (Great Buddha Hall), the largest wooden building in the world.
